Expansion radar
Over half of new bed sales already come from existing patients. That happens today when a community manager notices. It is a coverage problem, and coverage is the one thing that does not improve by trying harder.

What the coverage trend is showing
Coverage went from 22% to 100% of the book in 8 months
CoverageEvery account now gets a real monthly growth question, not just the largest twenty and the loudest ten.
Expansion share of new bed sales is up 8 points
OutcomeConsistent with coverage rising — more accounts asked the question means more signal captured before it would otherwise surface.
A third of modelled need cannot be filled in the same building
RoutingThat volume becomes a lead for a different centre rather than lost demand — worth routing explicitly rather than letting it lapse.
A worked example
Orbit Robotics holds 60 beds at Infinix Palladium and is signalling 22 more. Infinix Palladium is running well below full, so hundreds of beds are free in the building. The account is not at risk, is not up for renewal for six months, and would not appear on any retention list. It appears here because a monthly conversation surfaced a hardware team hiring and a stated preference for contiguous space on the same floor. Filling 22 beds in a building already at fit-out and staffing cost is close to pure contribution. Nothing about this required a campaign, a discount or a new lead.
Why this cannot be solved with headcount
A community manager covering 1,200 beds might carry 90 patient companies. Asking each of them a real growth question every month is 90 conversations, on top of visits, facilities, events and escalations. It gets done for the largest twenty and the loudest ten. The other sixty are not neglected out of carelessness, they are neglected out of arithmetic. Adding a second community manager doubles the cost and moves coverage from thirty to sixty. The voice layer moves it to all of them and hands the community manager the twelve that actually said something.
